Client: A US-based Fortune 1000 chemical producer
Situation: The client wanted to explore the possibility of reducing global
production costs by outsourcing organo-silanes manufacturing to China

Secondary research, expert interviews and interviews with downstream
dealers and end-users to identify 50 leading manufacturers of organo-
silanes
Screening of the 50 manufacturers to identify the 10 with the largest
volume production of organo-silanes, located across China in provinces
such as Jiangsu, Shandong and Heilongjiang

holding structure, etc
