ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN A COMPANY
It is the product of the experiences of the people who are involved in the
organization, and allows us to know that things we are doing in the company
are correct or incorrect in every one of our proceeds.
We can apply rules, habits and values
¿WHAT ARE THESE RULES?
It is that individuals respect a certain behaviors and procedures to situations
that are generated. These standards are drafted and approved in the manuals
of management and organization, so that its fulfilment and respect is mandatory
for all.

These are not written or should be necessarily approved, simply are small
recommendations which, in the majority of cases, are taken as rules.

At this point we are approaching more the individuality of the people who make
