Organizational Change Plan is evolving and it evaluates a problem-solving mechanism for communicating change in an organization to members of staff and stakeholders.
It is expected to be a part of an organization's culture and measure easily used to resolve issues and communicate.
Change is inevitable and human beings are resistant to change, however, the channel used in communicating such changes goes a long way in driving home to point to achieve stated objectives.

The organization leverages the referral system approach to enhance its

The business has been experiencing a decline in sales revenue recently
and this has negatively affected the general operations of the business.
The business is said to be at a declining stage where the major product of
the business disbands and fallouts in reduction or an undesirable

The current situation occurred because of the in-aggressiveness of the
marketing team and/or the weak system in place which does not
motivate the marketing team to drive the business products.
The situation can also be traced to the unavailability and inadequate
provision of the necessary resources to enhance the marketing drive of
the business products

The continuous decline in sales revenue will negatively affect the value of
the business, hence this should be properly managed for the desired
change.
The desired change is tailored towards increasing the sales revenue which
will enhance the value of the business.
The improvement in sales revenue would also be obvious in the growth
and development of the business

The root cause analysis that is characterized by the desired change are

The unaggressive marketing team
Low visibility of the marketing team
Setting unrealistic marketing targets
Lack of sales commission to motivate the marketing team

The management has adopted an Affiliative Leadership style which
would help to improve the general workplace environment while
making it conducive for staff members to operate.
The leadership style values teamwork and collaboration amongst
staff members to achieve the expected objectives of the business.

Management has resolved to address the sales decline by engaging the
staff in an interactive one on one session to communicate the desired
change plan and leverage the use of technology advancement to achieve
the expected result.
The use of social media handles will be harnessed and put into effective
use to drive the communication process both internally and externally.
The social media handles will also be deployed to drive the aggressive
marketing agenda to achieve the desired result.

The change plan, if properly managed, is expected to address the
situation at hand.
Management has drawn out strategic plans and measures to achieve the
expected result.
Management would ensure that the working environment is conducive
enough for staff to operate especially the marketing team and this can be
achieved by making available necessary tools and resources to enhance
the process.

the value of the business.
The sales of the business will increase
The estimated profit margin will be met
The business will stay relevant in the eyes of competitors
The organization will be able to fund its overheads
The morale of staff especially the marketing team will be enhanced
The change plan will reduce/minimize staff attrition
There would be stability and steady growth and development of the business
The business products will be known by competitors and potential clients
The business going concern will not be threatened.
