Our Jewish Community Federation is committed to respecting LGBTQ diversity and individuals' right to self-identify their gender. They ask that all people respect others' choice to use the restroom that matches their gender identity in order to ensure a positive experience for all persons using their facilities. Concerns about restroom use or experiences can be reported to Human Resources, while the LGBT Director can address any questions regarding their non-discrimination policies.
