This document provides an overview of the Open Research Gateway for the ELIXIR-GR infrastructure. It discusses how the gateway acts as a single entry point to all research products from ELIXIR-GR, including publications, datasets, software, and more. Researchers can deposit and link their work through the gateway to practice open science. Statistics, reporting, and APIs are also available to monitor impact and advance open research. The team behind the gateway is working to improve customization and user guidance to better support the ELIXIR-GR community.

16. • Gateway curators provide lists of:
Projects funding ELIXIR-GR
Thematic/Infrastructural data sources (e.g. thematic repositories, journals)
Bio.tools (criteria on authors and other metadata fields are applied)
Zenodo communities
Instructions for the OpenAIRE mining team to implement a full-text mining algorithm
The full-text of Open Access publications is analysed and references to URLs of ELIXIR-GR services and software
tools (e.g. Github links) are mined from the whole full-text, including References sections and footnotes
• Researchers can manually add missing research products via the Link functionality
Also in bulk with a list of DOIs or with an ORCID id
• Another OpenAIRE process includes additional research products by propagation
If an ELIXIR-GR result is supplemented by another research product, then the latter is also added among the
ELIXIR-GR products (e.g. an ELIXIR-GR publication is supplemented by a dataset, then the dataset is an ELIXIR-
GR dataset)
