7. What we learned as a result of
the project
As a result of the project we are better at
• Being a leader, project management and be responsible for our own
work. We had to manage our time wisely and make sure all work was
completed on time, and we had to make sure we were at the same
pace, not letting anyone fall behind.
• Designing process takes time, there are many little details that are
difficult to notice. We understood the advantages of agile
development, and made as many iterations of our app as we could.
User Interface testing was one of the prominent areas where we found
areas to improve on.
