This document presents the development of an Ontology-Oriented Inference-Based Learning Content Management System (OILCMS) that leverages semantic web technologies and ontology reasoning to improve the user experience in e-learning environments. It addresses existing deficiencies in Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS) by enhancing information retrieval and content organization through personalized, user-specific courses. Key technologies such as Protégé, OWL, and Jena APIs are employed to build the ontology and facilitate interaction between content and users, leading to a more efficient and standardized learning management approach.
