The online services collaboration group has made progress in collaborating and sharing services online since 1998. They moved their services to a new technical platform in 2006 to allow third parties to incorporate their content and services, and to incorporate third party services into their own systems. This enabled them to deliver services like xPRESS Digest 2.0, Inforurale 2.0, and Experts Online through new partners. They also began offering the GRANTnet service on their platform.
