Sometimes, despite our good intentions, we end up conveying
the wrong message to others because of poor communication
skills. Teachers are working very hard to design online course
content for students. There are no fixed work hours for them,
any more. Learning and teaching is going on throughout the
day(even during the summer break). Students are also finding it
hard to adjust to this new way of learning. So in their confusion
and nervousness, they end up writing things which they don't
mean. Here are some ways of addressing your teachers on
WhatsApp/Zoom/Google Meet etc.
