5. Introduction
• Online examination system refers
conduct online examination or
to service as
test. Online
examination system will use in schools, colleges,
universities, institutes for students examination .
Online course examinations are useful to evaluate the
students knowledge using modern computer
technology without any effects on the traditional
university course exam that uses pens, papers
invigilators.

6. Problem Definition
• Today have the problem for going to far away Exam
Centre.
• Students need to wait for their results.
• Examiner are not able to maintain the student record
in large quantity.
• Manipulation of student record is difficult for
examiners .
• And another problem of sending question paper from
one place to another place.

7. • And have a problem of change the choice of option
which is not possible in paper .
• And have the problem of leaking the paper before
examination but this problem will not born in online
examination system.

8. Problem Solution
• We introduce our project to conduct exam easily by
online computer system and reducing paper work.
• We provide user id and password. The id password is
unique so its data will be secured.
• Admin can upload the question paper .
• Admin can change the profile of student.

9. Tools and Technology used
• Tools -
• Sublime Text - It is a editor for php coding .
• Xamp server -The term XAMPP is an
apparent acronym. However, there is no official
acronym expansion specified on the Apache
Friends website. Their homepage header reads
“XAMPP Apache + MariaDB + PHP + Perl”, indicating
that this abbreviationis a recursive acronym

• PHP (language) - PHP(Hypertext Preprocessor) is a
widely-used open source general-purpose scripting
language that is especially suited for web
development and can be embedded into HTML
• Mysql - Mysql (database) is a open source database.
MySQL is the most popular database system used
with PHP.

11. Front end technology:-
1.HTML:- html is used to create and save web
document. Example- notepad, notepad++.
2.CSS:-(cascading style sheets) create attractive layout
and for affective designs.
3.JavaScrit:-It is a programming language , commonly
use with web browsers.
Hardware requirement :- Basic computer system.

12. Back end technology:-
1.PHP:-Hypertext preprocessor (php) is a technology that
allows software developers to create a dynamically
generated web pages , in html, Xml or other document
types ,as per client request.
2.Mysql:- Mysql is a database, widely used for accessing
querying, updating and managing data in databases.

• Taking back up of the database.
• Editing/deleting/creating the database.
• Changing the password.
• Logging into the system.
• Posting question in the above test.
• View a particular student and delete the student.
• Show result of examination.

task”.

This is a admin task window here given all task of
admin as Upload Questions, student list, give
notifications, change profile infos,handel user
accounts etc.

This registration form is available for all students for
registering themselves via fill all requirement.

19. Student Login:-
This is student login page . If user will enter right user id
and password then here will open a new window for
exam.

In this window given a option “Enter Test” so
student will click on this option for start the exam.

• In this web page given question and options which will
submitted by student and after examination show the result.

• Here displaying the number of right and wrong
answers.

• Here we are displaying all the details of each and every exam .

• This web application provides facility to conduct
online examination worldwide. It saves time as it
allow number of students to give the exams at a time
and displays the results as the test gets over so no
need to wait for the result it is automatically
generated by server.
• Administrator has to create, modify, deletion, and
provide the log in ID and Password to all students.
