This document presents a blood donor management system created by students to address issues like scarcity of rare blood groups and unavailability of blood during emergencies. The proposed system uses machine learning algorithms like logistic regression and neural networks. It allows for online registration of blood donors and provides information about blood banks and donation camps. The system has modules for user accounts, registration, donor login, and performance evaluation. Screenshots show modules for connectivity analysis and output screens. It was concluded that the centralized blood donor repository system could help eliminate problems of the previous system by providing broad functions and access to blood donation and reception information.

2. PROBLEM STATEMENT
• The Blood Donar Management System project aims to make all the
procedures automated and therefore with computer system it can be more
fast and accurate.
• Scarcity of rare blood group.
• Unavailability of blood during emergency.

3. OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE
• The project blood bank management system is known to be a pilot
project that is designed for the blood bank to gather blood from various
sources and distribute it to the needy people who have high requirements
for it.
• The software is designed to handle the daily transactions of the blood
bank and search the details when required.

4. DOMAIN INTRODUCTION
• Supervised learning is the types of machine learning in which machines
are trained using well "labelled" training data, and on basis of that data,
machines predict the output. The labelled data means some input data is
already tagged with the correct output.
• In supervised learning, the training data provided to the machines work
as the supervisor that teaches the machines to predict the output correctly.
It applies the same concept as a student learns in the supervision of the
teacher.

10. EXISTING SYSTEM
When a new donor comes to donate blood, they are required to fill out them
personal information during the registration process before donating. After
the donation, the donor is given a donor identification card with their name,
blood type and a barcode to be used as a reference for future donations.Only
blood bank administrators have the authority to access the donor’s records,
since the system is only available for their use within the organization.This
makes it difficult for donors to make changes to their personal information
within the system. That is, for donors to update their personal information.

11. EXISTING SYSTEM WITH DEMERITS
• No proper coordination between different Applications and Users.
• Scarcity of rare blood groups.
• inability tracking of donor blood and thier details.

12. PROPOSED SYSTEM
The system is used for maintaining all the process and activities of blood
bank management system. The system can be extended to be used for
maintaining records of hospital, organ donation and other similar sectors.
While developing the system, there shall be space for further modification.
There shall be a proper documentation so that further enhancement becomes
easy.Provides the stock of blood for various groups in the various blood
banks Provides online registration to people who are willing to donate blood
Gives the details of blood donation camps to the processes in the system with
different access paths to different users to ensure the easier access to all the
users.

the centralized blood bank repository.
• The centralized blood bank repository has been shown to help eliminate
all the problems previously faced by the previous system.
• By using this system, Blood banks, Hospitals, Patients and Blood donors
will be able to easily obtain a broad range of functions and access a large
amount of information, thereby facilitating and speeding up blood
donation and reception
