This document presents a blood donor management system created by students to address issues like scarcity of rare blood groups and unavailability of blood during emergencies. The proposed system uses machine learning algorithms like logistic regression and neural networks. It allows for online registration of blood donors and provides information about blood banks and donation camps. The system has modules for user accounts, registration, donor login, and performance evaluation. Screenshots show modules for connectivity analysis and output screens. It was concluded that the centralized blood donor repository system could help eliminate problems of the previous system by providing broad functions and access to blood donation and reception information.
