Two doctors examined 100 patients and diagnosed them with dyspnea. Doctor A diagnosed 15 patients and Doctor B diagnosed 10 patients. They both diagnosed 7 patients. The Kappa statistic would determine the level of agreement between the two doctors' diagnoses beyond chance. A higher Kappa would indicate better reproducibility of the dyspnea diagnosis between the doctors.
