The lighting design for the new headquarters building utilizes LED sources for energy efficient lighting. Various LED fixtures are proposed for ambient lighting, accent lighting, and task lighting throughout the building. Sensors and controls will be used to optimize energy savings through occupancy sensing and daylight harvesting. The functional goal is to use ambient light to mimic natural daylight while lower color temperature task lighting provides visual contrast.

The Chroma Z15 pendant is a 1000 lumen, field shortenable, dimmable,
high performance pendant for all line voltage track systems as well as
canopy. Industry best color quality and consistency is achieved through
the use of single source LED module with patented cold remote
phosphor technology; SDCM of 2 for 2 step MacAdam's ellipse. An
Integral driver allows for a sleek design without a bulky box attachment.
The design accommodates a 20, 40 or 60 degree beam spread
reflector. The Z15 has a clear glass lens and can accept up to 2 lens
accessories. The precision machined aluminum housing seconds as it's
heat sink and it has a matte chrome, black or white finish. Like all
