• SEACOMP is an American company with a factory in China.
• SEACOMP designs, engineers and builds electronic items (displays, power adapters…)
• Odoo 14 is deployed (manufacturing, sales, inventory, purchase)
What issues are they facing ?
• Manual planning in Excel
• Very large and multilayer BOMs => 50 POs in average per sales order
• Continuous changes in the delivery dates of incoming shipments
• Changes in sales order quantity and/or delivery dates
• Permanent MO and PO rescheduling
