Change management involves preparing for and assisting with organizational changes, including changes to resources, business processes, and budgets. During COVID, educational institutions switched to online learning to continue educating students during lockdowns. This involved increasing technology use, personalizing learning, and making learning more equitable, convenient, lifelong and accessible. Diagnosing how the organization is functioning provides information to design interventions. Diagnosis occurs at the organizational, group, and individual levels. Interventions include human resource approaches like coaching and training teachers, as well as technostructural changes like shifting to online teaching and modifying work environments.
