This document discusses NYDJ's implementation of a multi-cloud digital experience strategy with Capgemini and Salesforce. It summarizes how NYDJ migrated its ecommerce platform to Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud to improve personalization, increase conversion rates, and support growing online sales. Capgemini helped implement the new platform on a tight timeline and within NYDJ's constraints. Since launching the new site, NYDJ has seen significant growth in online revenue, traffic, and customer engagement.
