IMPROVEMENT SUGGESTIONS
Partnering with the largest grocer in south Florida could amount to much
larger food donations. Feeding south Florida isn’t dependent on corporate
type backers but it would be a great direction to head in.
 -Feeding South Florida has the goal to feed individuals, people
are willing to help therefore, there is not a typically job or
position to offer

 -Aid completely relies on volunteers

 -The Mobile Food Pantry is one of Feeding South Florida’s most
innovative and effective ways to bring much needed fresh
produce into areas that have been deemed food-deserts

 -The VP of Operations is responsible for the effective operation
of the warehouse and transportation, including continuous
improvement of warehousing and receiving processes.
EFFECTIVENESS
VISUAL BREAKDOWN
Over the past two years, we have seen an
increase in the reliance on emergency food
programs by 39%. Families and individuals
who were once donors are now standing in
line at soup kitchens and food pantries.
Those in need of food assistance include
children, the working poor, older adults,
veterans, physically and mentally disabled,
and the homeless. Hunger does not
discriminate.
