Christians undergo a process of metamorphosis by progressively becoming more like Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit's work. This involves stopping habits, behaviors, and mindsets contrary to God's will, and starting to grow in faithfulness in various areas of life, such as stewardship, service, spiritual authority, witnessing, learning, prayer, truth, church attendance, responsibility, employment, marriage, raising children, and persevering through persecution, as scripture teaches.
