Summary
What happened to real estate activity in Redondo Beach during November??? Total sales plummeted 49.4%, the market median
sales price fell 2.3%, median days to sell jumped 3.0%, listings declined 10.1%, and the sales/listing ratio dropped by more than
43%. Year-over-year data shows similar behavior for total sales and net listings, but the market median sales price and median days
to sell definitely improved.
In the news… According to C.A.R., “statewide sales were below the 400,000 mark for the first time in eight months” while the
statewide median home valuation holds strong in the $475K range.
