13. Summary
In May, investment in Redondo Beach real estate produced 7.2% increase total sales, 20% decrease in median days to sell, and a
28.9% improvement in net listings. Tracking in the opposite direction the median sales price dropped 3.6% while the sales-listing
ratio declined 16.9%. Year-over-year the median sales price for June jumped 5.9% or $51K in 2016 as compared to 2015.
In the news… According to C.A.R., “After a couple months of lackluster growth in transaction volume, California existing home
sales rose to their highest level in nearly four years in June, as sales surpassed the 400,000 mark for the fourth consecutive
