13. Summary
June proved a busy month for Hermosa Beach real estate investors as total sales climbed 18.18%, median days to sell plummeted
46.15%, net listings increased 12.73%, and the sales-listing ratio improved 4.75% month-over-month. During this time the
median sales price dropped $20K or by 1.15%. Year-over-year months of inventory metric declined 33.33% from June 2016 to
2017.
In May, C.A.R. reported “California’s housing market rebounded in May as existing home sales and median home price
recorded strong gains on both a monthly and annual basis, a trend in every major region of the state.”
