Recap & Outlook for September
For August, the MLS reports Torrance real estate activity produced a $21K increase in the market median sales price and a 5.9%
rise in listings to end the month at 214. Moving in opposite direction, however, were total sales, median days to sell, and the
sales/listing ratio. Year-over-year stats reveal relatively similar behavior with exception to the market median sales price, which
improved 4% or by $26K.
In the news… According to C.A.R., “Statewide sales were above the 400,000 mark for the fifth straight month” and “sales of
condos and townhomes were up nearly 10 percent from last year.”

Recap & Outlook for September For August, the MLS reports Torrance real estate activity produced a $21K increase in the market median sales price and a 5.9% rise in listings to end the month at 214. Moving in opposite direction, however, were total sales, median days to sell, and the sales/listing ratio. Year-over-year stats reveal relatively similar behavior with exception to the market median sales price, which improved 4% or by $26K.
