The Customer Loyalty Conundrum by Forrester ConsultingPaul Writer
The document discusses a study on customer loyalty programs. It finds that while loyalty marketers are confident in their strategies, there are gaps in how they integrate data and insights. Most programs focus on discounts and retention, but struggle to innovate and prove ROI across channels. Emerging channels like mobile and social are underutilized despite being important to reach customers. Loyalty programs need better integration of data and the ability to deliver personalized offers in real time.

Organisms interact with one another in various ways such as providing food, pollination, and seed dispersal. An activity asks students to sort examples found in nature into organisms and their food sources. Students then create additional pairs and draw them. Post-activity questions address how organisms interact, the impact of extinction, and examples of organisms providing food and dispersing seeds.

The workshop introduced the FLIP (Focus on Learners by Involving them in the Process) model for flipping the classroom. It emphasizes having students complete preparatory work before class individually to learn basic concepts. Then, class time focuses on higher-level learning through engaging activities that apply the concepts. Tips included establishing FLIP from the start, ensuring pre-work has an action component, and "chunking" lessons with varied activities every 10 minutes to maintain engagement. Examples demonstrated how to FLIP through games, videos, discussions, and summarizing activities.

In Africa, farmers use phones to track crops and make long-distance business decisions. South Korea leads in digital technology, citizen journalism through sites like OhmyNews, and developing 4G and 5G networks. The conclusion is that mobile phones give more people a voice in globalization and ability to influence global communication.

The document provides an overview of the MadFlatter interactive game designed to teach players about resolving conflicts between different personality types in shared living spaces. The game uses puzzle scenarios set in a flat where players must interact with exaggerated personality types to solve puzzles. Research informed the selection of common personality types based on the "Big Five" model and how they typically deal with conflicts. Gameplay involves conversational puzzles to unlock environmental puzzles. The goal is to educate players through reflective learning as they guide different personalities to collaborative conflict resolutions.
Several students and faculty members at WPK library hosted a poetry reading event for Black History Month, where they read poems about Black history and culture. Three classes attended and engaged in thoughtful discussion. At the end, one student and associate shared original poems they had written. Eugene provided insight into each poem and recited one in Russian with Amanda reading the English translation. The event was a success, and the library is planning another poetry event for National Poetry Month in April.

The document summarizes a sports competition called "Football People Action Weeks" that took place from October 8-22, 2015 and was coordinated by the Physical Education and Sports Department at Colegiul Tehnic "Aurel Vlaicu" in Baia Mare, Romania. It lists some of the best teams that participated, including classes 9A, 9B, and 9C. It also names Valentina Tarța from class 9A as the most technically skilled player and says the real winners were friendship, respect, and tolerance.
fiecare an.
8. 5. Becul inteligent - NanoLight
