I entered the company as a facilities estimator. This includes making site visits, job walks and pre-bid meetings.
My duties also include multi-disciplined detailed takeoffs, calculating field overhead staffing and construction
equipment costs for lump sum and other bid formats. I also spent time in scheduling with MS Project and
resource loading Primavera 3. I helped design, maintain and an in-house progress system with integrated
macros in MS Access. At one time, I was keeping up with the progress on 11 jobs. This program measured
progress by each craft and task activity. I have supported the claims department with weather event recreations,
weather forecasts, digital precipitation analysis animations, long and short term climate predictions, hazardous
weather safety seminars (for ongoing or mobilizing projects) and seismic risks for Government bids. I have
designed and proven accurate risk analysis programs similar to Crystal Ball or RISK, but with integrated
