Variation in occ groups: 71% of Q nurses aged 21-30 report presenteeism compared with 45% of same age group in corporate services. – presenteeism due to MH symptoms costs the Uk on average 15 billion which is 1.5 times the cost of people off on sick leave with mental health problems.
