WRKYR is seeking to partner with one hospital and one care home group (ideally close to
each other) in London so that we can run an 8 week service evaluation of the system at the
start of 2019. The company will execute a highly targeted social media & online recruitment
campaign to generate qualified applications to the platform from registered nurses and
doctors to approve 200 live profiles for booking through the system. Our qualified admin
staff will conduct rigorous face to face interviews and on-board the successful medical staff
to the platform, hand-holding them throughout the process and providing 24/7 support to
them and our pilot partner(s). The system will run alongside current agency contracts.

6. Process for clients
A client is a Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated provider of healthcare services such
as, but not limited to, Care Homes, Hospitals, Prisons and Schools.
1. SETUP Hospital admin build a profile and submit.
2. APPROVAL of enterprise licence application to go live on platform (takes 1 week).
3. APPOINT ADMIN - super admin status live and now super admin can invite admin
(those managers who are authorised to buy / book agency staff) and set budget and
supply preferences on a user or department basis and set up controls as well as
alerts and dashboard view.
4. POST a shift when you have a vacancy or managers can open app to see real time
availably of supply based on location, skill, rating, specialism etc.
5. SELECT - once logged in the super-user will view a grid of nurses/medical
professionals that are online and available (they can chose to view by rate, skill or
distance). From that they can tap the user’s photo to access their full screen profile
(giving more information about skills and experience).
6. CHAT - there is a chat function where the super-user can discuss the job on offer or
ask more about skillsets.
7. CONTROL - the hospital can set daily, weekly or monthly spending limits per user,
department, licence or hospital.
8. TRACK - there is a dashboard to see what kind of resource is being booked, what
frequency, by who, spending by date, type, department – all of which will help the
management better plan resources and budget in the future
9. PAYMENT - the platform charges a set fee (Colin to confirm how the platform
charges)
7. Process for nurses & medical staff
Unlike many other web based platforms WRKYR nurses and medical staff are not self-
employed and are instead employed through our arms length payroll partner Payswell. This
key difference along with the ease of a mobile interface and user friendly dashboards
results in WRKYR being the no.1 platform of choice for staff to register with.
All WRKYR employees must have the right to work in the UK as a self-employed registered
nurse.
1. REGISTER - create profile and register for the system on their smartphone, upload a
photo and bio and provide bank details
2. UPLOAD -certificates, CV and compliance documents and provide their nursing ID
and qualifications, which are then checked by the system and background checks
are completed.
3. SINTERVIEW - short telephone interview completed
4. CHECK - right to work checks are carried out
5. VERIFICATION – references are verified
6. FACE TO FACE meeting & induction, then once completed – compliant and able to
log on
7. GO LIVE when they are available to work they log in to the app.
8. TURN UP AND WORK - they need to make contact with the super-user and tap their
phone against their device to ‘punch in’ for work.
9. CHECKSIN - failure to turn up within 2 hours once a job is accepted gets a black
mark; two black marks and they are blacklisted from the system.
10. REWARD - on average 30% more pay per shift than an agency. The user has
access to a dashboard to check their bookings and view peak times and also select
options like frequency of payment and user settings (for example if they won’t work in
a certain hospital, location, department or time of day etc.).
