come in five different levels:

Level 2 - $10
Level 3 - $15
Level 4 - $20

7. Redeeming Made Effortless
The HIGH 5 cards have a redemption site address and a reward code on the
back. The recipient logs on to the site, enters the code and makes their
selection from the pre-determined level.
Digital rewards may be redeemed immediately; non-
digital rewards will require a 2 week delivery time.
