Construction Plans and Documents for Comercial and Residential Buidings.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES
Twenty two years of experience in the construction industry, and since 1979
we had made emphasis on the efficient use of the computer as a tool that
enables the student, the architect and the client to visualize rapidly the design
and concepts at early stages of the project. Integrated CADD systems to aid in
all design and production phases of my work, expanding design and
presentation capabilities to the limits, including three-dimensional Drawings.
My responsibilities at all the Design Offices that I worked from 1985 to 1993
included Schematic Design, Design Development, Working Drawings, Permit
Procurement at all Governmental Agencies, Coordination with all Consultants,
Project Administration, Project Observation and Project Management.
We have been commissioned to develop from all stages projects as diverse as
Private Custom Houses, Master Plans, Precast Concrete Shop Drawings,
Retaining Walls, Perimeter Wall, Mausoleums, Storage Buildings at
Pharmaceutical Facilities and Corporate Office Buildings.
