The four candles of Peace, Faith, Love, and Hope burn slowly in the room. Peace's flame goes out as it says nobody can keep it lit. Faith's flame is extinguished by a breeze as it says it is no longer indispensable. Love's flame dies out as it says people forget its importance. A child enters and cries seeing the three candles unlit. Hope says not to be afraid as long as it burns, the other candles can be relit. The child takes Hope to relight Peace, Faith, and Love. The message is that hope should never go out and we can maintain hope, faith, peace, and love.
