The Indiana Emergency Response Conference is offering an interactive simulation workshop at the Simulation Center in Fairbanks Hall before the conference. The workshop will allow medical personnel to practice their skills in realistic hospital scenarios using mannequins programmed to respond like real patients. The Simulation Center was created through a partnership between IU Health, Indiana University School of Medicine, and Indiana University School of Nursing to provide additional training for students and professionals in a safe environment. The workshop will have three tours offered on September 12th through the 14th with only 10 spots available for each, so attendees should register on the conference website.
