Introducing a new incentive structure for ATES seller launches from January 1st, 2017. Sellers can now earn up to an additional INR 1000 per seller for order fulfillment, with a minimum threshold of 10 SKUs for the launch. There will no longer be payouts for FBA launches from February 1st, 2017 or additional payouts for sellers reaching certain metrics after 1 month. The new structure provides varying base payouts based on number of SKUs launched and additional payouts of INR 200 per order up to 5 orders for fulfillment within the first month to incentivize order completion. Penalties may be applied if sellers do not maintain at least 10 buyable listings after 1 month.

FAQs
Q) From when is the payout structure applicable?
A) The new payout structure will be applicable for all launches from 1st
January 2017 onwards.
Q) What is the maximum amount that I can earn per seller?
A) Per seller you can earn INR 4200/-. (Launch the seller with > 30 SKUs in MFN; Ensure that the seller
fulfils at least 5 orders and is not suspended with a minimum of 10 buyable listings at the end of launch
+ 1 month ; 3200+1000)
Q) Will I be able to launch a seller with less than 10 SKUs?
A) Yes, if the seller confirms that he has <10 SKUs and is a manufacturer. You will be eligible for a payout
of Rs 1800 per seller for this launch.
Q) Are there any penalty clauses?
A) For all sellers that have < 10 buyable listings on the last day of launch +1 month (due to suspension or
seller reducing listing.), we will deduct the corresponding payment from the subsequent payment cycle.
Q) What happens if the seller gets only 3 orders & I ensure all are fulfilled?
A) You will be paid an additional payout of Rs 200 per order(Rs 600) for order fulfilment in the
subsequent month of launch.

2. Q) What happens if the sellers gets 10 orders & I ensure all are fulfilled?
A) You will be paid an additional payout of Rs 200 per order(Rs 1000) for order fulfilment in the
subsequent month of launch. Order fulfillment payout is capped for a maximum of 5 orders(Rs1000) per
seller
Q)Will there be any deduction if the seller gets suspended during launch +1 month but has fulfilled 5
orders in the same period before suspension?
A) There will be an additional payout of Rs 200 per order(Rs 1000) paid out for order fulfilment in the
subsequent payment cycle but the corresponding launch payment will also be deducted with the same.
