Industrial Engineering Intern – Engineering Services May – August 2015
 Created a new staffing model based on analysis of how labor requirements and staffing in one of the maintenance
departments were affected by procedural changes.
 Determined which attractions struggled with opening on time by pulling together multiple sources of data. Made
recommendations on how to mitigate these issues.
 Assessed the throughput impact of maintenance proceduralchanges and reported results and analysis to management.
Industrial Engineering Intern – Food and Beverage August 2014 – January 2015
 Coordinated a study at one of the biggest festivals to analyze how changes in offerings affected demand and guest flow.
 Analyzed location efficiency at a food and beverage location and made several recommendations that improved the flow of
guests through the location and increased employee performance.
Industrial Engineering Intern – Park Operations January – May 2014
 Led a project which saved the company thousands of dollars by determining that proposed queuing layout changes were not
needed based on historical wait time and queue size data.
 Analyzed how procedural changes affected guest throughput at different attractions and collected observations to improve
employee efficiency.
 Determined new ways to use existing data from an automated ride messaging database to measure attraction efficiency.
