 Trained and managed a team of 55 employees in a baseline data collection for three concurrent
surveys including anthropometric data collection. Sample size of 5,363 households and nearly
15,000 individual respondents.
 Managed a budget of $1.3 million including procurement of medical and survey equipment.
 Developed intervention curricula on basic health and nutrition that targeted improvements in
child and maternal health as well as a Women’s Empowerment curriculum.
 Pretested survey instruments, programmed surveys into smartphones and managed daily data
entry and cleaning.
