B.TECH IN ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATION
ENGINEERING - OVERVIEW
• The B. Tech (ECE) is designed to give emphasis on core
Electronics and Communication Engineering with a
flexibility to explore in any one area - circuits and
devices, signal processing, communication engineering
and programming.
• The program let’s students explore subjects having
applications in Microelectronics and VLSI design, smart
system design, wired and wireless communication,
robotics and automation, IoT, information processing,
security systems, control engineering, cloud-based apps
through outcome-based teaching and learning process.

● The present world sees a rapid growth in
areas like, telecom systems, consumer
electronics, computer-based designs VLSI and
embedded systems. Large number of UG
students take up internships during final and
pre-final year.
● With M. Tech(VLSI & Emb.Sys.) students can
intern with premiere core industries like
GlobalFoundries, NXP Semiconductors, Spark
Minda, Synopsis, Western Digital and others.
