Pliny Fisk and Gail Vittori co-founded the Center for Maximum Potential Building Systems (The Center) in Austin in 1975 to pioneer sustainable building concepts. For 40 years, The Center has incubated revolutionary green building ideas and mentored many leaders in the sustainability field. To celebrate its 40th anniversary, The Center is hosting events on November 6th and 7th including a cocktail party, symposium, and party to raise funds for its internship and volunteer programs and continued innovation in green building. The anniversary celebration will bring together leaders from Central Texas and around the world to recognize The Center's significant impact and influence over four decades of advancing sustainability.
