This document describes a program called "Youth Leads" that aimed to educate young male soccer players in South Africa about HIV prevention and gender-based violence through workshops and soccer tournaments. The program trained 10 soccer captains but only 8 completed it. Workshops discussed how HIV and gender-based violence affect communities. Participants realized the importance of discussing these issues and created the motto "Be a Man Stop Violence Against Women". The program helped build respect among participants and showed them the value of open conversations about HIV and gender issues.
