To whom it may Concern:
I am writing to recommend Nicholas Cialdella for a teaching position within Teach Away,
Inc. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with Nick in the past, and can vouch for his
excellent work ethic and high level of commitment.
I first knew Nick as a student worker at Purdue Calumet Computer Lab with a great
aptitude for technology and outstanding customer service skills. His enthusiasm at the
Public Services desk and the Computer lab desk also made him a treat to work with. He
never fails to be the first person to offer assistance to patrons approaching the desk or
looking confused at the copy machine. Nick has played important roles in ongoing projects
and has been a trainer to other student workers in the library and computer labs. He is
also active in the life of the college as a whole, volunteering to help International students
in becoming acquainted with the community and, for some, a new life style. I worked with
him for a few semesters, and can recommend him as a responsible and conscientious
employee. Nick can be depended upon to provide good service to students, staff, and
faculty.
