The internship focused on 6 projects across 3 departments: audio normalization, electronic delivery, and world class training. For audio normalization, the goals were to standardize audio levels across assets and create an RFP for identifying incorrectly flagged quality checks. For electronic delivery, the goals were to evaluate competitors and make a recommendation. For world class training, the goals were to standardize procedures, create an online training system, and automate certification tracking. Additional projects included automating reporting metrics and transitioning customers from tape to electronic delivery. The internship provided experience in various departments and exposure to challenges in complex organizational change.
