• No Work after 5PM. The supervisors of the talents
that need to work beyond this period, for whatever
reason, need to get ExeCom approval.
• No Work on Weekends & Holidays. The supervisors
of the talents that need to work on these days, for
whatever reason, need to get ExeCom approval.
• No messaging after 5PM. We want to ensure we
respect how each and every one of us is coping with
the situation.
• Avoid calls and meetings on Wednesdays. We
want to keep this day lighter than usual, as we’ve
observed that securing supplies and doing home
errands are easier on weekdays than on weekends
