Ms. Cumming started in our office as an intern under my supervision during the summer of 2012. During
that time I developed a very high regard for Natalie based on the outstanding contributions that she made to
the office that summer. We so enjoyed having Natalie as a member of our team that we asked if she would
continue on as a Production Assistant in January of 2013.
Natalie has exhibited a rare combination of speed and accuracy that was an incredible asset to our
company. In a busy, small office, priorities and deadlines can shift in an instant and Natalie was always
eager to rise to the challenge. My CEO and I would say, “I can’t believe you’re already done with that!”
after we gave Natalie a task that would have taken our team much longer to complete. Natalie was able to
work independently without close supervision and rarely did we have to explain instructions more than
once. She was particularly adept at researching and learning computer programs.
Natalie’s upbeat demeanor, attention to detail and organizational skills made her one of the best assistants
we’ve ever had in Victoria Labalme Communications.
