Narrative Element #1
A car slowly approaches a ‘stop’ sign in the dusk-like atmosphere. As the
ambiguous man (the Rapper) breaks to halt the car, he notices something
that confronts his direction. Curious, the Rapper exits the car and walks
toward his marvel (unknown to the audience). What he sees only leaves him
in shock, and we cut to reveal this ambiguous thing. A ‘white’ and
shinning silhouette.
Narrative Element #2
The Rapper and a Woman (presumably his girlfriend) engage in a fight
following an undisclosed argument. The Rapper, enraged, starts chucking
items to the floor, while the woman prompts him to stop; however, the
Rapper has clearly entered a ‘limbo’ in which his mind promotes anger.
The woman pleads for him to stop, but that only agitates him to push her
away to the wall to remove her grip form his arm. The woman starts to
weep and the rapper stops his massacre, understanding the true extent of
his actions and manages to reveal a forgiving face. He attempts to
approach her to apologise, but she gestures at him to stay away feeling
threatened by his presence.
Narrative Element #3
After a quick time-lapse, transitioning from the chorus to the second
verse, we see the woman with her bags, leaving the apartment in tears.
The rapper sits in the corner, emotionally watching her leave. He brushes
a tear off his eye, but remains strong-headed. When she finally leaves
the house, the rapper contemplates on asking her to come back, but his
decision to do so comes to late - he runs out of the house to see that
she has gone.
He begins his pursuit to win her affection again: he begs for forgiveness
on Facebook, but she has blocked him; he goes to her mother’s old address
to find the house vacant; and he contacts her friends to find out where
she has gone, but they refuse to disclose her location. The final shot
before the performance section is of him holding the picture of his
girlfriend… crying.
Narrative Element #4
After a year and six months, the rapper receives a message from her on
Facebook, asking if he wants to meet. The rapper is completely elated by
this, affirming her invitation.
The two of them meet in a nearby café, where the rapper expresses his
feelings of guilt and remorse regarding his anti-sentiments towards her.
She accepts his apology, but denies any chance of them having a
relationship, and so the smile leaves the rapper’s face. When he
questions her decision, she smiles, takes his hand and places it on her
stomach. She’s pregnant with another man’s child. He walks away from the
shop, as the woman follows him, hoping to explain the situation to him;
however, he faces yet another relapse in anger and goes on to attack her.

2. She is defenseless, and as the rapper’s grip tightens, another man (the
woman’s boyfriend) comes to her aid and stops the savage attack, punching
the rapper. The rapper, ashamed by his actions, runs away, while the
woman’s boyfriend comforts her.
The rapper goes back to his home, enraged, and enters the kitchen. There
he finds a gun. As images of the woman flash before his eyes, the rapper
puts a gun on his temple and fires, dying in the process.
The woman is then featured on a bed, crying, and her boyfriend comforts
her, he too is emotional. She reassures him by stroking his hand, but her
eyes slowly fade away and she perishes… the boyfriend yells in anger and
begins to cry. The woman dies due to childbirth complications: this is
what she wanted to tell the rapper (her ex-boyfriend). Before, she dies
she pictures the stars and perhaps her thoughts of heaven (implying the
final bridge:
“It's too late to save our love;
Just promise me you'll think of me every time you look up in the
sky and see a star 'cause I'm a…”
Narrative Element #5
We’re back at the dusk atmosphere, where the rapper pulls up by the stop
sign and sees the white silhouette. He gets out of the car and approaches
the light; it takes the form of the woman, but the light never fades. The
rapper recognises her and smiles… and continues to approach her, so that
they can have their love in the afterlife.
