For 15 years I worked in the film and television industry in all aspects of

• Connecting film scripts to locations as the story required.
• Engaging the ideas and thoughts of the Director and Designer
• Sourcing locations
• Photographing extensively each location
• Drawing up Location Agreements
• Arranging all details pertaining to filming on location: council permits,
parking, public notices, ensuring that power and water supplies are
available, police traffic control if filming on roads and all front of house
liaison. The welfare and safety of the crew whilst filming on location is
also a large responsibility of this position.
• Public Relations – working with people from all corners of the world and
fields of work from Prime Ministers and Premiers to the Homeless
• Autonomous and unsupervised work relying heavily on the ability to
make decisions and problem solve under enormous pressure.
• Meeting deadlines
• Managing budgets
After 10 years of film work in Australia and 5 years in the UK, I engaged in
other fields of work to broaden my experiences and ideally still incorporate
my love of film and media. My next field of employment was in the education
system from teaching film making to English as a Second Language at Tafe
since 2007 to 2015.
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE:
I have travelled extensively around the globe and lived in various countries
including Germany, Great Britain, the United States of America, Malaysia and
now Australia. I have travelled across Canada, USA, Europe, South East Asia,
South Africa and more recently across Australia. My first passion is people and
stories My work in film across all aspects of film making has allowed me to
incorporate my interests in to a very demanding and highly pressured
industry.
