2. INTRODUCTION

This report provides an overview of MyTravaly's participation and representation at the
Google Hotelier Summit 2023, which took place on March 29th, 2023, at Hotel Leela
Ambience Gurgaon.
The summit aimed to help hoteliers enhance their brand visibility, drive direct bookings,
improve connectivity, and ensure a price accuracy policy.
MyTravaly proudly participated in the event as a partner with Google to optimize hotel
operations, bookings, and enhancing the guest experience.

MyTravaly's team, led by the Board of Director Mrs. Seema Diwan,
Co-founder, and CTO Mr. Ankit Kumar,
Community Manager Ms. Sneha Deb,
Business Development Manager- West Bengal Ms. Sangeeta Dutta
and Team Leader Mr. Akash Verma attended the summit.
The team registered for the event and participated in networking
activities, enjoying welcome drinks while introducing MyTravaly and its
benefits to hoteliers.

MyTravaly's representation at Booth #8 was the highlight of the Google Hotelier
Summit 2023. MyTravaly showcased its latest products, services, and benefits to
hoteliers, emphasizing how it could help them get a Free Booking Link (FBL) on
Google Business. With 3 years of operation, MyTravaly has served more than 2000
hotels across India, providing fast payout solutions and free booking links to
hotels.
The MyTravaly team's energy and enthusiasm were infectious, drawing attention
to their booth and resulting in an interview with the Google team.
The team also explored possible connectivity partnerships with other participants,
companies, and hotel associations, resulting in fruitful interactions with Eugenie
Lam, Head of APAC, Travel Partnerships, Google, Bee Sirirojmetha, Partnership
Manager, Travel APAC, Mr. Sundar Singaram, South India Hotel Association, Mr.
Pradeep Sudhakaran, E-Globe Technologies, Mr. Manoj Pant, EZEE, and several
other companies.

5. LEARNINGS AND SUGGESTIONS

MyTravaly's participation in the Google Hotelier Summit 2023
provided valuable learnings and insights into the challenges
faced by hoteliers in India.
The summit offered an opportunity to interact with industry
experts, gain knowledge about the latest trends and
technologies, and explore possible partnerships to enhance
MyTravaly's services further.
Based on the experience gained from the summit, MyTravaly
suggests that hoteliers should focus on improving their online
visibility, implementing technology solutions to streamline
operations, and enhancing the guest experience to drive direct
bookings.
