The student originally planned to join the military or FBI after high school but unexpectedly decided to attend Gustavus Adolphus College. [1] In their first semester, the student planned an ambitious course load with triple majors and double minors but realized most classes didn't interest them. [2] The student concluded they would only take classes they were interested in, regardless of major requirements. They chose to major in one subject and explore other interests through clubs and independent learning. [3] By taking summer classes and maximizing credits, the student was able to graduate early in three years instead of four.
