Direct supervisor of two specialist in the department along with a part time
associate. Daily operational responsibilities consist of monitoring sales
activity, calculating and controlling inventory, ensuring down stocking
completion as well as order management of all action items are finalized.

including restoration, custom design and installation of shrubbery,
retaining walls, patios, decks and installation and maintenance of irrigation
systems.
NEW HOMES AND RENNOVATION-Our goal was to construct a quality
home at a competitive price with an excellent service for each individual
during and after construction. Implementing this philosophy, during one
particular five year period, we were able to construct over forty homes.
The company grew from one employee to over sixty with a multi-million
dollar earning.
LAND DEVELOPMENT- Overseeing and budgeting a 12 million dollar
infrastructure of road, water and sewer systems to over 350 homes, 9000
sqft clubhouse, Olympic size pools and three (2) acre ponds adjoining 3
miles of walking trails. The duties included meeting weekly with engineers
and architects from the public sector as well as officials employed by the
state of Virginia.
