1. My Offering:
I can’t possibly
work with them

2. You have heard that it was said to the
people long ago, ‘You shall not
murder, and anyone who murders will be
subject to judgment.’ But I tell you that
anyone who is angry with a brother or
sister will be subject to judgment...
Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and
there remember that your brother or sister has
something against you, leave your gift there in front of
the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come
and offer your gift. Matthew 5:21-24

3. Now Cain said to his brother Abel, “Let’s go
out to the field.” While they were in the
field, Cain attacked his brother Abel and
killed him.
Then the LORD said to Cain, “Where is your
brother Abel?”
“I don’t know,” he replied. “Am I my brother’s keeper?”
The LORD said, “What have you done? Listen! Your
brother’s blood cries out to me from the ground. Now
you are under a curse...
Genesis 4:8-11

4. That night Jacob got up and took his two
wives, his two female servants and his
eleven sons and crossed the ford of the
Jabbok. After he had sent them across
the stream, he sent over all his
possessions. So Jacob was left alone, and a
man wrestled with him till daybreak. When the man
saw that he could not overpower him, he touched the
socket of Jacob’s hip so that his hip was wrenched as he
wrestled with the man. Then the man said, “Let me go,
for it is daybreak.”

5. But Jacob replied, “I will not let you go
unless you bless me.”
The man asked him, “What is your
name?”
“Jacob,” he answered.
Then the man said, “Your name will no
longer be Jacob, but Israel, because you
have struggled with God and with humans
and have overcome.”

6. The substantial offering is carried out
when a person in Cain's position
honours the person in Abel's position
and sets him above himself as an
offering. Through this, they fulfil the
indemnity condition to be restored as
good children. At the same time, it is
also reckoned as the indemnity
condition for the restoration of their
parents.

7. unless you stand in the position of dying,

survive and manage to subjugate those who
