5. PERSONAL INFORMATION.
I was born on June 3, 2002 in Latacunga at
Latacunga Hospital at 1:00 in the morning. I am the
daughter of Nely Chicango and Jorge Velasco. I
have 2 sisters, all from dad, 2 younger sisters who
study in Educational Unit September 19. I studied
my elementary school in the Camilo Gallegos School
and Baccalaureate in the Educational Unit
"September 19", I have always stood out for a strong
temperament and for the idea of working in a​​
hospital to help people with the support of my
parents.

9. For my personal life the mission is to train myself
as an ethical person with a number of values that I​​

the mission of every human being is to give the best

My life supports my goals and my family, what
motivated me to move forward is mainly my mom
and my sister whom I love and want the best for her,
