After I had written ‘The Cultural Hermeneutics’ and other articles and shared the idea of Eretz
Ephraim the Bene Ephraim Community members encouraged me to spread their proposal to
form Eretz Ephraim as a sister nation to politically support Israel in the UN circles. We had
launched the Eretz Ephraim website and began to spread the Bene Ephraim Community
proposal around the world Jewry to form Eretz Ephraim the sister nation to politically support
Israel. We have contacted the Government of Israel and other Jewish Organizations with this
proposal by Internet & E-mail. Nothing happened so far. Since this is a political issue it may
take time for the Diaspora Communities to accoucheur the vision of the Bene Ephraim
Community proposal. Israel definitely needs a sister nation. And the Diaspora Communities
need Eretz Ephraim to independently and politically support Israel.
The 12 Jewish Nations idea will help bring peace in the Middle East and in the Diaspora
Communities. The Amalek would understand that HaShem is behind this idea. We are
spreading the word to one and all by all means. It will happen when HaShem the Creator of
Nations creates Eretz Ephraim. My 20 + years research on the topic of ‘the Lost Tribes and
the Semitic Culture’ with a special reference to the Bene Ephraim Community of Andhra
Pradesh gave me enough experience with different Jewish and Israeli Communities in Israel
and in the US. I have dedicated myself to the study of human cultural hermeneutics and
philosophy of religions and thought I could work, earn money and spread the word around the
world Jewry. I can also help my family, my community and myself without depending upon
charity. I have been visiting Israel and the USA gaining the knowledge of the various Jewish
Semitic Cultures during this research project all these years since 1986. ‘The Cultural

3. Hermeneutics’ and ‘The Greenroom Christianisms’ covered most of the results of my
research material. This research project is solely for the Bene Ephraim Communities and was
not submitted to any University. I had not achieved the Ph.D. for my research work. In 2004
the terrorists studied about the activities of the Bene Ephraim Communities and seriously
planned to kill the members of our Community. They came with heavy arms and weapons.
Baruk HaShem. The state police arrested two of them in Hyderabad airport while they were
waiting to kill the American visitors. Through those two the police came to know about the
other terrorists and their whole plan and published the news in all local newspapers.
The newspaper cuttings are available with me. Or one can go to the Internet editions. Some of
our members approached the local police for protection. 8 terrorists were arrested. Two ran
away to Saudi Arabia. The police and the intelligent officials suggested us to stop the website
activity for a while. We have posted the needful information on ‘idealist dot org’ with our
registered non-profit organization title as ‘The council of the Eastern Jewry’. Institute on
Religion and Public Policy Washington DC had also published the news article covering the
local news. However the Bene Ephraim Communities continued to spread the word about
Eretz Ephraim.

research, office management, conducting seminars, teaching basic biblical Hebrew and Greek

research, student record registry, handling the finances and the like and it is all a home based
religious institute offering all level non-accredited theological courses all over India. We have
hundreds of students from all walks of life. I feel this is a great success in a country like India.
Pastors, Bishops, students, men and women, young and old people took it as a challenge to
learn religion, theology and philosophy in the Hebrew cultural perspective which I have
developed all these 20 plus years.

Reason for leaving or seeking to leave: It is long story. I belong to the Bene Ephraim
Community. The community is scattered all over the state in south India. Israel or the world
Jewry did not know about our existence. We were peace-loving people. I have started Hebrew

anti-Semitic forces came to know about this. And the Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorists planned to
kill all our families. The state government had arrested the terrorists. But the state police
suggested me to do the Hebrew Open University activities in a quiet way with no
advertisements. I was forced to close my website. Now I have to feed my family and help my
community. I am looking for suitable jobs with all my 20 plus years experience in running
this unique institute.
Research Activities:
Research grants held: I have been doing research since 1986. But it is all personal, self-funded
and non-accredited enterprise. I have traveled to the USA and Israel and gathered information
and wrote the thesis and self-published the thesis as ‘The Cultural Hermeneutics’. I have done
further research in Philosophy and have written ‘Greenroom Christianities’. It is the
philosophy of religions in its new perspective, a step farther than the German higher criticism.
Then I wrote ‘Philosophy of Philosophy’. I have covered the philosophy of Language in my
‘Cultural Hermeneutics’. All these are self-published for the students of the Hebrew Open
University. I have written the study materials for different courses. The academic research is
wonderful but the process takes all my time. That was why I never tried to submit my theses
to any accredited academic circles.
Editorial and reviewing work: I have personally edited all my theses and the study materials. I
have also written stories with a hope to make money. They are all posted in the websites. I am
committed to help my community by all means.

Subjects taught and at what level: Religions, Philosophy and Theology from Diploma in
Theology to the Doctorate levels in the Hebrew Open University, a private religious institute
founded by me in the cultural hermeneutics a branch developed by me through my research
since 1986. This branch of Philosophy and theology had suited to the Indian students. They
were attracted to this new branch even though the courses we offer are non-accredited ones.
Other subjects of interest: Hebrew Cultural Hermeneutics, a new subject developed by me,
further research in Philosophy, religions, theology and film making made easy. People
management: I have supervised the construction works and help build 2000 houses for the
poor and I like to help the poor in anyway I can. I request the socio-economic organizations to
