MXSuite is fleet management software supplied by Mastex Software that consists of several modules. It allows users to manage documents, certificates, consumption reports, safety drills and more across a fleet of vessels. The software installs on vessels and in offices, with two-way synchronization keeping data in sync between ship and shore installations. principle that there is one version installed
onboard of the vessel, and another version in
the office. The office shows an overview of all
data of all vessels in the fleet, the vessel has
only its own data available. Those
two software installations are
communicating together
using synchronization,
which can be done
completely automatically.
Periodically the vessel as
well as the office checks
for a synchronization
package.
