Transformational leadership
”Transformational leadership is a process, that transforms and changes
individuals. It is concerned with emotions, values, ethics, standards, and
long-term goals, and includes assessing followers’ motives, satisfying
their needs and treating them as full human beings. It involves an
exeptional form of influence that moves followers tho accomplish more
than is usually expected of them” (Northouse 2004, 169)
Its essential purpose is to help the school staff to build a cooperative and
effective learning, develop effective mutual problem-solving and support
teachers in their proffessional development. Pedagogical leadershio is moral
and facilitative in nature
